Family

For the first time in a long time we have been able to do "normal" family things like celebrate birthdays together and go to recitals. Matt was also able to visit his Grandmother's grave site. She also passed away while we were in Papua New Guinea. Like me, he wasn't able to make it back for the funeral.



I enjoyed attending Matt's cousins' choir performance. For some reason Matt and his brother were less thrilled about it...

Spring Recital

The Spring Recital was my last before we leave. I only ended up only having one student in it, since my other students had to leave in the middle of the term. I still enjoyed teaching Joanna and organizing the recital. I will miss my students when we leave.

Music Recital

Sunday afternoon Lapilo had its Christmas music recital. Erika's three piano students each performed a short Christmas piece. Erika organized the event in which nineteen students participated. Most were piano students, but there was also a violin, French horn, and flutes.
